These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BolsterMed platform and related services.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using BolsterMed, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Service description
BolsterMed provides healthcare workforce trust infrastructure, including reference outreach, structured attestations, AI-generated summaries, and portable trust profiles. The service is not credentialing software and does not constitute a legal determination of clinical competence.
Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscription plans, billing intervals, and usage limits are described on our pricing page and may be updated with notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false reference information, or using the service in violation of applicable healthcare privacy regulations.
Intellectual property
BolsterMed retains all rights in the platform, branding, and technology. You retain ownership of data you submit; you grant us a license to process that data to provide the service.
Text messaging
By nominating a professional reference and providing a mobile number, you represent that you have permission for BolsterMed to contact that reference by email and text message for reference survey purposes. References may opt out of SMS at any time. See bolstermed.app/sms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BolsterMed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
