Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026 · Placeholder; legal review pending

This Privacy Policy describes how BolsterMed (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our trust infrastructure platform and marketing website.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (account details, organization information, candidate and reference data) and usage data necessary to operate the platform. Reference survey responses are stored as structured trust events.

How we use information

We use collected information to provide trust infrastructure services, generate AI summaries, communicate with users and references, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers (hosting, email, payment processing) under contractual safeguards, and as required by law.

Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect healthcare workforce data. Enterprise customers may request additional security documentation.

Text messaging (SMS)

When a clinician candidate or authorized organization user nominates a professional reference, they may provide the reference's mobile number and must attest they have permission to contact that person by email and text message for a reference survey. BolsterMed sends transactional SMS with a secure survey link and optional reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. References can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. See our SMS policy at bolstermed.app/sms for details.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact hello@bolstermed.com to exercise these rights.
